.... his show went with a distinct citrus zing at Paris fashion week this week!
Louis Vuitton's spring/summer 2013 collection by Marc Jacobs with Louis Vuitton livery
"My goal is the same. Every time, I want to beat myself"
... his sentiment I agree with
... it's a new season!... opportunity to refresh my Goals!
... The show space was dominated by four shiny escalators, craned into the Louvre courtyard
... models appeared in pairs at the top of the escalators
... each walked in step with her twin along the catwalk
...the concept showed off the contrast in the collection
... a very short dress beside a floor length one
... a chess-set monochrome

... leathery brown and a brisk lemon evocative of order and neatness
This was the first Louis Vuitton show ever not to feature the LV monogram
... instead he pushed the 124-year old Damier check to the fore; usually seen in tan and chocolate, it was remade in white and lemon squares for tiny handbags on the catwalk....yummmmm!
... it will doubtlessly be evident in first-class cabins summer 2013!
So exciting to get a glimpse of what's to come next spring
... but for now with a beautiful autumn and a long winter ahead I am once again planning!
Some tips for planning your short term goals:
Write them down: it gives them more force (and sets intention to acti)
Be Precise: set dates, times and amounts so that you can measure your achievement
Set Priorities: this will help you to avoid feeling overwhelmed by having too many goals and will focus your attention on the most important
Set performance, not outcome goals: take care to set goals over which you have as much control as possible
Be realistic: (this doesn't mean tucking dreams away, one small step at a time can realise wildest dreams!) - so maybe set incremental steps toward the bigger dream goals - it's important to set goals that you can achieve
Please share with me your own tips:-)
... wishing you a fabulous weekend:-)

Awesome show! Very fresh and graphic. Also, to me, the scale and vibe of this feels very Karl Lagerfeld / Chanel-ish. I gotta say this was my favorite show of the season.
ReplyDeleteCiao,
Loi
Yes Loi:-)...I too loved the spring fresh vibe and I agree with the Lagerfeld/Chanel influence; Lagerfelds Hula Hoop bag wouldn't have been out of place with this collection! Also loved the Dior abstract collection.
DeleteHave a fab weekend!
